This cruiser is the backbone of Narn Fleet. Slow, and heavily armed, but not very well armoured.

Var'Nic Long Range Destroyer (v. 1.0.1)

Var'Nic is half the size of the G'Quan, crew 290,endurance 7 months, 3 medium lasers and two twin arrays. They are used to ferret out hostile ships in contested systems. They are capable of working independently for long periods of time and usually lag behind in systems which the narn have conquered to find and kill any enemy ships remaining. Var'Nics usually operate with one or two scouts on search and destroy missions.
